      Here is a scripted explanation of the A Record requirements you can use to comunicate with your Domain Host by email or over the phone.

      ""Hello,

      You are the DNS provider for my domain _____________.    I need your help editing my A Record so that it points to LaunchRock's IP address. 

      Please remove any A records that exist for @ (my domains zone apex).   

      Then create four A records that point to the following IP addresses:
        • 54.243.190.28
        • 54.243.190.39
        • 54.243.190.47
        • 54.243.190.54
