Why is the sign-up form blocking the background image?

If your website features a floating signup form over an image background, what you're seeing is completely normal.

The sign-up form automatically adjusts to fit the screen size. On mobile devices, users can scroll through the form to view all content, though the background image may be less visible.

On a computer screen, both the image and the full signup form are displayed without scrolling, with the form floating over the background. If you resize your browser window, you'll notice how the form adapts, expanding to fill the screen on smaller devices for better readability.
