Where can I find the Email Signups?

The signups and database on your page aren't mailed to any email. They are stored inside your account on your Audience tab respectively. 

Keep in mind that you can also download your email list as a csv file under the Audience Tab. This is useful for sorting a list to email out and talk with your signups.
