Managing Data in the Actuals Tab

The Actuals tab in Bizplan allows you to manually add or remove financial data to track your actual performance against projections.

Adding an Entry

  1. Click on the top empty cell to start entering the name and corresponding numbers for each month in the same row.

  2. If no empty cells are available, refresh the page and a new empty row will show up.

  3. The row you are working on will be highlighted in orange, indicating that the data is being saved automatically.

  4. To edit an entry, simply click the cell again and make the necessary changes.

Removing an Entry

  1. Hover your mouse cursor over the cell on the far right end of the row you want to delete until the 'x' button appears.

  2. Click on the "x" button to remove the entry immediately.

Important Notes

  • Changes, including adding, editing, or deleting entries, may require a page refresh to fully reflect in the system.

  • The system automatically saves changes as you enter or modify data.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your Actuals data within Bizplan.
