How will my profile be presented to potential investors?

What will my profile look like to investors? In what format will my profile be shared with investors?

Your company profile is displayed to investors in two sections: a Public Profile and a private Business Plan Profile. Each serves a distinct purpose in the fundraising process.

Public Profile:

  • Accessible to anyone.

  • Provides an overview of your company, including its products and services.

  • Acts as an initial introduction for potential investors.

Business Plan Profile:

  • Private and only accessible to approved investors.

  • Contains high-level details such as:

    • Deal terms

    • Revenue and financial projections

    • Pipeline developments

  • Ensures privacy and control over sensitive fundraising information.

Investor Access:

  • Investors can request access to view your Business Plan Profile after reviewing your Public Profile.

  • Only investors you approve will be able to view private fundraising details.

  • Helps maintain confidentiality while facilitating serious investment discussions.

By structuring the profile this way, companies can effectively engage potential investors while maintaining control over sensitive business information.
