How to cancel your Startups.com subscription
We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription with us. To make it easier for you, there are 2 ways to do this.
Option 1. Login to Startups.com. From inside your account, please follow the steps below:
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account then go to Account (top right corner) > Settings > Billing information.
From Billing Information, you should see Status & Renewal, the option to cancel should be there. Just click on it and follow the prompts:
Option 2. You can send us an email at support@startups.com to request for cancellation.
