What does the Actual Personnel Expenses dashboard show?

How do you add a new personnel expense row? Can I remove an added actual personnel expense row?

The Actual Personnel Expenses dashboard in Bizplan, located under Finance > Personnel > Actuals, presents a monthly breakdown of your team's financial activity. This section helps you monitor how well actual spending aligns with your budget by displaying detailed data in a structured and intuitive format.

📊 What information does the table include?

The dashboard displays monthly columns from January to December and includes the following key metrics:

  • Actual Personnel Cost – The amount actually spent on personnel for each month.

  • Planned Personnel Cost – The amount you originally budgeted.

  • Planned vs. Actual Deviation – The difference between planned and actual spending.

  • Planned vs. Actual Deviation (%) – The percentage difference to help assess variance at a glance.

These figures are shown in rows under a section titled Personnel Costs, allowing you to easily track patterns or discrepancies in your spending.
